A DOG IS INFECTED WITH DEADLY DISEASE OF MAGGOTS

Mr. Ram kumar a tea shopkeeper from Dadri NTPC Township informed us about the stray dog infected with deadly disease of maggots. When we brought this dog into shelter, we did his examination in which we found his rectum region full of hundreds of maggots which enlarged his wound. This is a painful moment for the dog which even we can’t imagine. However instantly we removed the maggots and provided the medicine to make him able to bear the pain. But topical wound treatment usually takes several weeks of oral antibiotic therapy which will be given to dog by team Nishabd. We have named this dog ‘Oran’. He is decent dog and human friendly despite being in pain.

Dog ‘Oran’ healing may take about a month therefore he will stay in Nishabd where he will be getting Treatment and care to make him recover. Mr. Ram kumar runs a small tea shop on the side of road at NTPC, so he can not bear the treatment expenses of the dog but we are thankful to him for reporting about the case to us.

Hence we are raising Rs.8,000/- for the treatment expenses of the dog including stay, Medication and doctor visit.
Now, this stray dog ‘Oran’ is dependent on you for his treatment expenses which can provide him complete healing and good treatment in order to send him to his normal state of health.
